What You'll Be Doing

This is a dynamic hybrid role that combines marketing and commercial sales support.

Marketing

- Research beauty and personal care trends to identify new product opportunities
- Develop customer presentations, sales collateral, and marketing materials
- Support social media initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate trade shows and industry events
- Assist with marketing strategy and customer-facing communications

Sales & Commercial Support
- Coordinate customer samples and product requests
- Support reporting, presentations, and documentation for the sales team
- Communicate with customers and internal cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with R&D; and Project Management to help bring new products to market

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, sales coordination, or a similar commercial support role
- Experience within beauty, personal care, cosmetics, CPG, or manufacturing is highly preferred




- A genuine passion for beauty trends, consumer behaviour, and product innovation
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations, marketing collateral, and customer-facing materials
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, trade shows, or events
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to balance creative and operational responsibilities
