Role Description The Sales Operations Manager is a part-time remote role responsible for optimizing and supporting the agency’s sales processes and customer experience. This role includes managing daily sales operations, maintaining accurate records in CRM and related systems, and tracking performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.

The Sales Operations

Manager will collaborate with the principal agent to streamline workflows, support lead management activities, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing sales data, improving operational procedures, coordinating communications with prospective and existing clients, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen customer satisfaction and retention. The position also supports development of efficient practices for quoting, onboarding, and post-sale service to help the agency scale in a structured and client-focused manner.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends,



and propose process improvements.

Candidates should possess Operations Management experience to design, document, and optimize day-to-day workflows and use CRM or similar tools effectively.

Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to support a high-quality client experience and assist with timely resolution of client requests.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate in a remote environment.

Relevant qualifications include prior experience in sales operations, insurance or financial services, and familiarity with life and health insurance products.

Additional beneficial qualifications include robust organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM systems, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
