Canada. As a certified installer for Permanent LED Lighting and Smart Home Security solutions, we carry over 20 years of combined experience, and 10,000+ installs under our belt! We pride ourselves on quality of service and customer experience.

As we approach one of our busiest seasons, we are now seeking motivated self-starters to join our team as a Sales

Representatives for Permanent LED Lighting and Smart Home Security. We are growing in the Calgary region, and looking for people who are committed to an opportunity that will provide successful outcomes and advancement. If this sounds like you,

Requirements:

As a sales representative for Active Smart Home, you will be knocking door-to-door, in designated area, and speaking with homeowners about the benefits of Exterior Lighting solutions, and Smart Home Security & Automation.

In order to perform daily in this role, we require you to have:

- An operational and functional phone with a personable screen.
- A personal printer that you can access daily to print-off quotes and documents.




- A reliable vehicle and ability to transport to and from office and assigned area.
- A laptop or computer.
- At least 1 year in direct to consumer selling, door to door, or in person customer service preferred, but not required.
- A clean criminal record check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Coachable

Compensation: This is a commission paid role, with uncapped earning potential! What you put in, you get out! We also offer incentives such as monthly bonus, team overrides, achievement awards, prizes and company trips.

Job Duties:

- Work the hours between 11am and 8pm: Monday - Friday.
- Saturdays are optional (appointments bookings).
- Gather leads by knocking residential neighbourhoods and canvassing area
- Present to homeowners and explain the advantages of the products we offer
- Create experiences that allow buyers too transact in the comfort of their home.
- Submit accurate completion of sales agreements.
- Commit to training, and gain skills that can advance you into leadership and management.

Job Type / Schedule: Full-time, and some weekend work (scheduled appointments/presentations). Schedule is flexible.

Pay:

- Average First Year Sales Representative (Rookie): $54,677 annually
- Average Returning Representative (Experienced): $88,332 annually
- Average Trainer / Team Manager: $96,789 - $111,345 annually

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
