We are looking for a motivated Sales & Recruitment Specialist who can help us grow our client base while also finding talented consultants to support our projects.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development

- Research and identify potential clients across Canada and the United States
- Find and connect with key decision makers
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Identify opportunities through job boards, company websites, LinkedIn, and industry research
- Qualify potential clients and schedule discovery calls
- Manage leads and follow up consistently

Recruitment

- Find talented technology consultants for client projects
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate screening
- Coordinate interviews
- Build and maintain a strong consultant network
- Match consultants with relevant opportunities

Who We’re Looking For You may have experience in sales, recruitment,



business development, staffing, lead generation, or technology consulting.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Confident communicating with new people
- Comfortable with outbound calls and outreach
- Robust at research and finding opportunities
- Experienced using LinkedIn for sales or recruiting
- Organized and consistent with follow ups
- Independent and results focused
- Interested in AI and emerging technology

Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter, Manatal, Apollo, AI platforms is an asset. Why Rewire IT?
