About the role DEL Communications Inc. is a growing publishing company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba and we're looking for advertising sales representatives who know how to close. You'll be selling across both print and digital platforms, building lasting client relationships, and helping our advertisers succeed.

What you bring

- Proven work experience as a sales representative, with a track record of hitting targets




- Sales experience across hard copy and digital platforms
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with familiarity in BRM and CRM practices
- Strong ability to build and maintain productive, professional business relationships
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent, skilled-level English (spoken and written) as this role involves daily client calls and correspondence, so clear communication is essential
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- A highly motivated, self-driven mindset with a genuine passion for sales
