MET Interiors is a Calgary-based interior design and interior finishing company specializing in contemporary, custom interior solutions. We offer services and products including media walls, custom cabinets, WPC panels, acoustic panels, marble sheets, fireplaces, wall features, and other interior design solutions.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can generate recent business, connect with potential customers, and turn leads into completed projects.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for bringing in new customers and selling MET Interiors' interior design and renovation services.

You will speak with homeowners, property owners, builders, contractors, and other potential clients to understand their needs and introduce them to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales leads through phone calls, networking, social media, referrals, and in-person outreach
- Follow up with leads and potential customers
- Meet with customers and understand their interior design or renovation needs
- Present MET Interiors' products and services professionally
- Schedule customers for design consultations and showroom appointments
- Visit potential clients or project locations when required
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare and follow up on sales opportunities
- Work with the interior design team to move projects from initial inquiry to sale
- Follow up consistently with customers until the project is closed
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, realtors, property managers, and other referral partners
- Promote MET Interiors through networking and local business development




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities

Requirements

- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently speak with customers in person and over the phone
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic CRM/sales tools
- Must be reliable and organized
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle highly preferred.
- Interior design, renovation, construction, cabinetry, flooring, or home improvement sales experience is an asset
