FutureSprouts Group Inc. is a quick-growing direct marketing and business services company supporting Rogers Communications across Western Canada.

We are currently expanding our residential sales team in Surrey and the Lower Mainland and are looking for motivated individuals who want to develop strong sales, communication, and leadership skills.

No previous telecom experience is required. We provide structured product training, coaching, and field support.

What You’ll Do

- Represent Rogers Home Services and Mobility solutions
- Engage with residential customers in assigned neighbourhoods
- Conduct face-to-face, consultative sales conversations
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Rogers products and services
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Follow Rogers and FutureSprouts compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development
- Work toward performance and leadership goals

This is an in-person, field-based residential sales role and includes door-to-door customer outreach.

Compensation

FutureSprouts hires for multiple sales positions with different compensation structures.

Depending on the position offered, compensation may include:

- Guaranteed base pay plus performance incentives, or
- 100% commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential

The Hiring Manager will explain the available positions, compensation structure, responsibilities, and performance expectations during the interview process. For commission-based positions, earnings vary based on individual performance, activity, completed sales, quality, and campaign requirements.

Schedule

Typical campaign hours may include:
- Monday to Friday: approximately 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends: approximately 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available depending on business requirements.
