Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Supervisor to join Jilimos Appliance Inc. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at our Scarborough location.

Duties

- Assign sales workers to duties

- Authorize return of merchandise

- Establish work schedules

- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Manage and maintain inventory using inventory control software
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers (5-10 people)

- Recruit and train staff

Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience in retail supervision




- Technical Skills: MS Outlook, MS Excel, Inventory control software
- Languages: English (Mandarin or Spanish is an asset / preferred)
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Organized, Reliability, Judgement

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38.00 per hour
