Full‑time retail sales manager position, 24.00 hourly, 30‑40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. Work is conducted at the physical location; no remote option.
Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years in a related retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or coordinate training of staff
- Order merchandise and authorize its return
- Establish work schedules
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandise and personnel matters
- Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Manage cash
- Conduct performance reviews
