Sales Support Specialist
Location: Mississauga (Toronto), ON and Cary (Raleigh), NC

Are you a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys being the person who keeps things moving?
We are looking for two (2) Sales Support Specialists to join our team and become an important part of our sales organization. This is more than an administrative position—you will work directly with customers and collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to make sure customer needs are understood, communicated, and delivered on. Both positions are in office but the Cary, NC position could be a hybrid WFH consideration.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Provide daily sales and customer support to our sales team and customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding pricing, products, lead times, availability, orders, and shipments.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain customer quotations.
- Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in our ERP system.
- Monitor open quotations and opportunities and assist with customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer, contact, quotation, and opportunity information in our CRM.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Shipping to obtain accurate information for customers.
- Track customer orders and proactively communicate changes to delivery schedules or availability.
- Assist with resolving customer issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Prepare sales reports and assist with maintaining accurate sales information.
- Support account managers and sales representatives with customer requests and follow-up.
- Assist with customer documentation and special requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, communication, and customer service.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.
- Perform other sales support and administrative responsibilities as required.

- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, order management, or a related position.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook .
- Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Experience That Will Set You Apart
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, electrical, electronics, or OEM environment .
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or another ERP system.
- Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, or another CRM platform .
- Experience with quoting, purchase orders, order management, distribution, or supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting customers in the United States and/or Canada.
