Hickman Automotive Group is looking for a Sales Valet to join our team at ourHickman Chevrolet Cadillac inSt. John's. If you are an energetic and motivated individual, we would love to have you!

The Sales Valet is responsible for greeting customers, tagging and parking vehicles, maintaining service lanes and assisting in lot maintenance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greets customers in a professional, courteous and efficient manner, and welcoming them to our Dealership.
- Assists in ensuring the neat appearance of the dealership (e.g., picks up litter, shovels snow off vehicles, wipes off showroom vehicles).
- Transportation of vehicles as needed
- Physically checks new vehicles into the dealership, noting and reporting any damage from transit
- Tags and parks customer vehicles as they arrive to the Service Department and return them to customers upon return.
- Runs miscellaneous errands for the dealership
- Identifies keys with proper tags for new vehicles
- Various other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

- Possess a valid NL Driver’s License
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing a high level of customer service.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Must be task-oriented and well organized.
- Capable of effectively managing own time.
- Must be capable of working in dependently and comfortable in taking direction from others.
