Job Title : SFDC Business Analyst
Location: Remote
:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including experience delivering complex enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce eCommerce implementations or enhancements.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities including Flow, Dynamic Forms, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards, Security Model, and Data Management.
- Experience working with multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce eCommerce (B2B Commerce)
- Experience documenting business processes using flow diagrams, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce security
