Role: SFDC BA with B2B Commerce

Location- Remote

Mode: Contract

Qualifications:

•Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including experience delivering complex enterprise Salesforce solutions.

•Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce eCommerce implementations or enhancements.

•Robust understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities including Flow, Dynamic Forms, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards, Security Model, and Data Management.

•Experience working with multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,

Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud.

•Experience with Salesforce eCommerce (B2B Commerce)

•Experience documenting business processes using flow diagrams, process maps, and functional specifications.

•Working knowledge of Salesforce security
