Responsibilities

- Start the day by aligning with the squad and the PO on the daily work and blockers.
- Solution at a high level: the business requirements and KT the solution to the squad (functional designers and developers)
- Refine requirements with PO and stakeholders

Must Have Skills

- 5+ years of experience working as a Functional Lead in Salesforce and 3+ years’ experience in the financial industry
- Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Engineering or related education
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at scale in a highly regulated, enterprise-scale environments
- Deep understanding of banking workflows, customer and product lifecycle and financial compliance
- Robust experience with Salesforce Financial Services cloud and integration with core banking systems and data lakes
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, confluence and DevOps pipelines in enterprise settings

Nice To Have Skills





- Ability to lead conversations with cross-functional teams and engage effectively with executives, senior leaders and technical teams
- Salesforce certifications.
