Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to define solution architecture, ensure best practices, and lead successful Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead solution architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Define system architecture, data models, security model, and integration strategies.
- Work with development teams to ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.




- Review technical designs, code, and configurations for quality and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
- Support deployment planning and production releases.

Required Skills

- 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud (preferred)
- Lightning Experience (LWC, Apex, Visualforce)
- Salesforce Security Model
- Data Modeling
- Integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft (preferred).
