A dedicated team of stylists delivers personalized, high-quality service to every client. The current concept boutique also includes a coffee bar with gourmet treats and a selection of home and lifestyle accessories, creating a unique shopping experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Montreal, QC. The Salesperson will welcome clients, provide attentive and personalized service, and guide them in selecting clothing, accessories, and lifestyle products that match their needs and style. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a strong knowledge of the store’s brands and collections, presenting product features and benefits, and supporting styling consultations. The role also involves processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, replenishing and organizing merchandise on the floor, and helping ensure the boutique is clean, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards. The Salesperson will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, contribute to clienteling efforts, and support in-store events and promotions.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and clienteling skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
- Retail sales experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle environments, including comfort with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Interest and knowledge in fashion trends, styling, and brand storytelling to confidently advise clients on wardrobe and home accessory selections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele and work effectively in a team.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients at once, maintain product displays, and ensure the boutique remains tidy and visually appealing.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for retail operations.
- Fluency in French and english is a must.
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail and a passion for coffee, lifestyle products, and hospitality are considered beneficial.
