We are a modern beauty salon specializing in Russian-style manicures, pedicures, Hydrafacial, hair services, eyebrow services, and other beauty treatments. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience

Answer phone calls, texts, and online inquiries

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

Manage the salon calendar and coordinate appointments with service providers

Check clients in and out and process payments

Explain services, pricing, and salon policies

Recommend appropriate services and promote salon packages and promotions

Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and appointment changes

Maintain accurate client records

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional

Assist the salon team with daily administrative tasks

Qualifications

Previous receptionist, customer service, salon, spa, or beauty industry experience is an asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude





Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Comfortable using computers, booking software, and POS systems

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of beauty and salon services is an asset

Russian-speaking is an asset
