About the Role As a Salon Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and an important support for our nail technicians. You’ll manage front desk responsibilities, ensure appointments flow smoothly, assist with salon cleanliness, and help create an environment where clients feel cared for and relaxed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a skilled and friendly attitude.
- Manage bookings, phone calls, messages, and online appointment requests.
- Check in clients, process payments, and answer basic service questions.
- Assist nail technicians by preparing and cleaning stations, sanitizing tools, and restocking supplies.
- Perform light cleaning, ensure salon hygiene standards are met.
- Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and inviting.
- Support management and team members with other salon-related tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, professional, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy salon environment.
- Comfortable using scheduling or POS systems
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Previous salon, spa, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
