SAP ECC System Analyst (SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration)

Duration: 6 months

Overview

The successful candidate will be working on our Finance, Audit and Risk team, and will be responsible for configuring SAP ECC Finance modules; specifically, FI, AP, AR, CO, MM. Our SAP ERP workplace is ECC 6.0 Enhancement Pkg 8. Detailed knowledge of impacts to SAP configuration is required to support sustainment and project delivery.

Candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Configuration and Systems Analysis with large Program experience.

- Knowledge of the Wealth Management and the Financial Services industry
- Direct experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion in a finance-focused environment, including assessment, design, testing, data readiness, and cutover support.
- Hands-on experience supporting or delivering SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation/migration initiatives , including system conversion or selective transformation planning, business process impact assessment, testing, cutover preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.




- Strong understanding of SAP Finance transformation considerations for S/4HANA, such as Universal Journal impacts, finance master and transactional data readiness, custom code and interface assessment, and downstream integration dependencies.
- Experienced in providing operational and sustainment services
- Proven capabilities in establishing and maintaining effective partnerships and relationships
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, facilitation, presentation) and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership abilities - comfortable managing issues in cross functional teams
- Experience working across functional, technical, and vendor teams to support large-scale ERP modernization, including change readiness, solution design trade-offs, test planning, defect triage, and release/cutover coordination.
