SAP Business Analyst HCP/BTP

Position : Senior Consultant

Hours: Full-time 37.5-40/hrs /week

Role title: SAP Business Analyst HCP/BTP

Location: Hybrid if in Ottawa or Toronto - can be remote but preference to hybrid.

Languages: English

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for SAP HCP/BTP initiatives.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation using SAP cloud technologies.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
- Work with SAP architects, developers, and integration teams to support application development, workflow automation, and system integrations.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, UAT sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Support data migration, testing, change management, and deployment activities.




- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on SAP-related projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCP/BTP services, integration concepts, and cloud-based application development.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and process workflows.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration tools such as SAP Integration Suite.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio, Signavio, or similar.
