Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Level 2 Insurance Advisor role at Prime Insurance in Surrey, BC.The successful candidate will work directly with an established client base on home and commercial insurance, helping clients understand their coverage, make informed decisions, and ensure their policies are properly structured.Responsibilities include quoting, selling, renewing, and adjusting policies; responding to client inquiries; processing transactionsaccurately; and maintaining strong,long-term client relationships. Support with ICBC Autoplan transactions may also be required from time to time.This role is best suited to someone who values accuracy, thoughtful advice,



and long-term client relationships rather than a purely transactional approach.QualificationsBC Level 2 General Insurance LicenceExperience in personal lines property insuranceCommercial insurance experience is an assetStrong understanding of insurance coverage and policy wordingsExcellent customer service and communication skillsProfessional, dependable, and detail-orientedStrong organizational skills and attention to accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of local and provincial insurance regulations is an assetExperience with Applied Epic or similar broker management systems is an assetAbility to speak Punjabi, Hindi, or another language in addition to English is an assetCompensationCompensation range: $60,000 – $110,000, depending on experience, with additional commission opportunities.Prime Insurance offers a stable, skilled work environment with an established, loyal client base.
