Position: SAP Implementation Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months assignment (contract)

Client Location: Mississauga, ON, ON ( Hybrid Role) : 7 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

This position is provisionally Hybrid , requiring 7 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM , Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

Mandatory Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proof of certification(s) must be submitted with the bid.

Experience

- Minimum 7 years of progressive SAP experience across implementation and sustainment.
- Minimum 4 years providing senior-level guidance in complex enterprise environments.
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Employee Central Benefits (ECB)
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Experience supporting payroll integrations and Workforce Software.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Procurement
- SAP Concur
- Workforce Software
- Proven SAP integration experience using:
- APIs
- Middleware
- SAP Integration tools
- Strong HR and Payroll expertise with working knowledge of:
- GL
- AP/AR
- Procure-to-Pay
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Concur implementations.
- ITSM experience aligned with ITIL.
- Practical experience using:
- ServiceNow
- Azure DevOps
- SAP4Me
- Strong knowledge of:
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- SAP Integration Suite




- API-based integration architectures
- Experience with SAP Activate, COBIT, or similar methodologies.
- Knowledge of:
- Cybersecurity
- Identity & Access Management
- Segregation of Duties
- Audit Controls
- Data Governance
- Solid problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, AMS providers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery and operational support.

Mandatory Certification (Pass/Fail)

The candidate must possess

- SAP certification(s) such as:
- SAP Certified Application Associate

Proof of certification must be submitted . Failure to meet the mandatory certification requirement results in disqualification. Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience working in public sector or highly regulated environments.
- Experience with:
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- SAP Ariba
- Construction Project Management (SPM)
- Capital Budget Forecasting (CBF)
- Annual Business Budgeting (ABB) platforms

Nice-to-Have Certifications

- SAP Certified Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SAP Certified Associate – SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Workforce Software Certified Consultant
- ITIL Foundation Certification
