Position: SAP ISU Techno Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP IS-U Billing, Device Management (DM), and DM/IS-U integration . The consultant will support end-to-end Meter-to-Cash operations, resolve production issues, and drive process improvements and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support SAP IS-U Billing, Device Management, meter readings, installations/removals, and IDEX/IDoc processes.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, billing exceptions, defects, and production issues.
- Perform SAP IS-U configuration updates across Billing and DM modules.
- Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects, reports, workflows, and integrations.
- Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT with end-to-end validation.




- Identify recurring issues and implement process improvements and automation.
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric – Dataflows, Pipelines, Lakehouse, and Power BI for analytics and automation.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth Meter-to-Cash operations

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of SAP IS-U experience
- Robust expertise in SAP IS-U Billing and Device Management (DM)
- Hands-on experience with DM/IS-U Billing integration
- Knowledge of IDEX, IDocs, and Meter-to-Cash processes
- Experience in SAP IS-U configuration, testing, and production support
- Understanding of WRICEF development and functional specifications
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Strong project management and team management
