SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager / Delivery Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager / Delivery Lead to represent Wipro at the client location in Canada. The candidate will own day-to-day delivery coordination between the client, Wipro functional/technical teams, offshore teams, and third-party stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation/transformation delivery.
- Act as Wipro's primary delivery counterpart with client HR, HRIS, business, and IT stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, SOW deliverables, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
- Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, actions, decisions, and escalations.
- Coordinate Wipro onsite/offshore SuccessFactors functional, technical, integration, and support teams.
- Drive requirements, testing, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate integrations and dependencies with other enterprise applications and teams.




- Conduct project status meetings and provide clear reporting to client and Wipro leadership.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Support project governance, delivery processes, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- 8–15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience combined with strong Project/Program Management experience.
- Proven SAP SuccessFactors implementation or transformation project experience.
- Robust client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience coordinating onsite/offshore delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of project governance, RAID, schedules, dependencies, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
- Ability to represent Wipro professionally at the client location in Canada.
- Strong communication, leadership, escalation management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent project management experience.
