Role Overview - We are looking for an SAP SD/LE/TM Lead Consultant to support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities across sales, transportation, and logistics execution processes. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution, Transportation Management, and Logistics Execution, with the ability to analyze business requirements, configure solutions, and support end-to-end order-to-cash and logistics operations. Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales, shipping, transportation, and logistics processes.

Configure and support SAP SD processes such as: Customer master and business partner integration Delivery, billing, returns, rebates or settlement management where applicable Order-to-cash process support Configure and support SAP TM processes such as: Freight order and freight booking Transportation planning Transportation cockpit and planning integration Configure and support SAP LE processes such as: Picking, packing, loading, and goods issue Support master data setup and business rules for customers, materials, shipping conditions, routes, transportation zones, carriers, and freight settings. Support interface design and issue resolution for integration with carriers, 3PLs, EDI, middleware, and external logistics systems. Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

Support data migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support activities. Prepare process documents, configuration documents, test scripts, user manuals, and training material.



15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/LE ~Minimum 10+ years of experience in end-to-end order-to-cash and logistics execution processes. ~ Minimum 10+ years of experience in business process mapping, testing, defect analysis, and user support. ~ Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. At least one implementation, rollout, or AMS support project experience.

SAP certification in SD or TM is a plus. Domain knowledge in transportation, distribution, shipping, warehousing, or third-party logistics is an advantage.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management is highly preferred. Good knowledge of SAP TM processes including planning, execution, tendering, freight settlement, and charge management. Good understanding of SAP LE processes including shipping, delivery, picking, packing, route determination, and goods movement.

Understanding output management, EDI, IDoc, and interface processes is an advantage. NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions.
