Title: HRIS Analyst

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Location: Hybrid - 3x per week onsite - North York

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience supporting, administering, configuring, and enhancing HRIS or HR technology platforms.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong expertise in Employee Central.
- Experience supporting additional SuccessFactors modules such as:

○ Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)

○ Recruiting

○ Onboarding

○ Learning

○ Compensation

- Experience supporting HR systems integrations, including integrations between SuccessFactors and payroll platforms such as ADP.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, talent management, payroll, compensation, and workforce administration.
- Experience gathering business requirements and partnering directly with HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex HR system issues.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting both operational activities and strategic HR technology initiatives.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- • SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience.
- Experience leading or supporting major HRIS deployments, upgrades, or transformation projects.
- Experience with Workday, ADP, Concur, UKG, or other HCM platforms.




- Exposure to HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning tools.
- Experience with AI, automation, workflow optimization, or chatbot solutions within HR environments.
- Vendor management and third-party partner coordination experience.

Experience working in a contract-to-hire or rapidly evolving enterprise environment.

Insight Global is seeking a Senior HR Technology Analyst to act as the strategic liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology. This individual will own the support, administration, enhancement, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, exposure to multiple SuccessFactors modules, and a solid understanding of core HR business processes. This person will partner closely with HR leaders, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve complex system issues, drive technology initiatives, and support future platform enhancements and integrations.

*Pay range for this role is between $60-70/hr CAD.
