We're looking for friendly, attentive, and dependable Sauna Hosts to help create exceptional wellness experiences for our guests at our Sherwood Park location!

At Tality, your role is foundational to everything we do. You're not just operating a wellness space—you're becoming a sauna steward, a cold-plunge guide, a space curator, and an ambassador for the benefits of hot and cold therapy. Most importantly, you are the person responsible for shaping the guest experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in the details, enjoys following established processes, and genuinely cares about creating a welcoming environment for others. We'll teach you the operational side of the role so you can focus on what matters most—making sure each guest leaves feeling like their cup is full.

What You'll Do

As a Sauna Host, you'll help maintain the quality, cleanliness, and atmosphere of the facility while ensuring guests feel welcome, informed, and supported.

Responsibilities include

- Opening and preparing the facility for daily operations
- Heating and monitoring the sauna
- Preparing and maintaining cold plunge tubs
- Monitoring water quality and overall cleanliness standards
- Managing guest check-ins and providing facility orientations
- Operating the reception desk and point-of-sale system
- Preparing and changing kombucha kegs
- Organizing towels, supplies, and guest amenities




- Managing laundry and maintaining inventory levels
- Ensuring all guest areas remain clean, organized, and inviting
- Supporting smooth guest transitions throughout sessions
- Caring for plants and maintaining the overall atmosphere of the space
- Troubleshooting operational issues and addressing guest needs as they arise
- Promoting a safe, welcoming, and relaxing environment at all times
