- Operates scale equipment, inputs customer, weight, waste and billing records,

- Directs customers to appropriate locations on-site and provides customers with information

- Prepare end of day reports, balance end of day

- Notify customers coming into the yard of safety hazards or yard policies where applicable

- Keeps equipment operators informed of nature of incoming wastes and potential problems

- Answer phones

- Filing and reporting as required

- Other duties as assigned

Essential Experience and Skills:

- Excellent communications skills

- Motivational skills

- Organizational, team work, multi-tasking skills

- Computer skills-Word, Excel

- High School graduate and some post-secondary education

- Must be punctual and reliable
