Title: Scrum Master

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Ontario (Hybrid)

Certified Senior Scrum Master with 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years in Scrum Master roles.

- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks .
- Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams in large enterprise environments.
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain and Logistics domains .
- Solid understanding of YMS, WMS, TMS, ERP, Inventory Management, and Order Fulfillment processes.
- Experience working in Canadian enterprise environments .
- Proven ability to drive Agile transformation and organizational change initiatives .
- Skilled in coaching teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and impediments.
- Experience coordinating releases, production support, major incidents,



and break-fix activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in defining and tracking Agile delivery metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Velocity, Sprint Predictability, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Release Success metrics .
- Demonstrated ability to leverage metrics and reporting to improve delivery performance.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and Agile maturity .
- Proficient with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI, and CI/CD tools .
- Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams and vendors.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Required Certification: CSM or PSM Preferred Certifications: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SASM, PMI-ACP, PMP, and ITIL Foundation.
