The Seasonal Maintenance Team Member must work with Property Manager to ensure a clean, safe and well-maintained resort at all times while maintaining a solid focus on customer service.

Regular Duties

- Grounds and landscaping.
- Mow and trim grass in public areas, vacant sites, rental units and stock models.
- Ensure that areas are clean and free of litter. Garbage containers are changed as needed.
- Complete any daily projects reported by reception and otherwise assigned during shift.
- Maintain laundry room and equipment.
- Groom beach and remove excessive weeds.
- Maintain watercrafts and dock repairs, assist with annual dock installation and removal.
- Other duties as required.

Property maintenance
- Ensures daily resort activities are completed within designated timelines.
- Garbage bins are clean.
- Property is in neat order

Lines of communication
- The Seasonal Maintenance team member reports to the General Manager and Property Lead daily.

Full-time Seasonal
- Hours are based on the rhythm of the business including days, evenings, weekends and holidays from May through to October.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
