- Perform installation/service of Customer's Commercial/Residential Security equipment including alarm systems, CCTV, and Card Access and associated components.
- Basic installation technicians: Exp with residential installation of cabling of security systems. Burglar alarm panels installed: Honeywell/DSC for corporate and residential settings.
- Programming Alarms, access control, CCTV with brands such as Honeywell/DSC/Avigilon/Axis/Hikvision/Open Path/Kantech and others
- Basic installs, takeovers, complete rewires of homes, some pre-wired homes, must be able to do it all from start to finish including programming
- Technicians must be presentable and have good communication skills because they will have a lot of customer interaction on a day to day basis.
- Must also have a strong background in structured cabling since they will be running wire through commercial environments.

- Demonstrated experience (two years or more) in troubleshooting and performing break/fix activities on Commercial security systems within two or more "core competencies" within commercial security service (Alarm, Access Control, CCTV)
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematic drawings specific to commercial security layouts.

MUST HAVES/MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of Security Experience, Installing and Servicing in Commercial and Residential Environment.
- Experience installing and programming CCTV's, Security Alarms, Access Control, Card Readers, etc.
- Experience working with IP addresses (Internet Protocols)
- 2+ years of installing and servicing/troubleshooting burglar, CCTV and access control systems.
- CCTV, Access Control, Card Access Control, Security Alarms
- Great Communicator (Customer Facing), Flexible/Adaptable
