We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Security Dispatcher to monitor employee wellbeing at designated locations and ensure key operational tasks are being performed efficiently. This role is critical in supporting field staff through effective communication, monitoring, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor employee wellbeing at assigned locations

- Ensure required security tasks and procedures are being followed

- Maintain accurate records and logs

- Handle communications with multiple locations and departments

- Monitor staff movements and equipment locations

- Inform personnel of traffic issues and other operational updates

- Respond to incidents and make timely, informed decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 1 year of previous security dispatcher or control room experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong listening and decision-making abilities

- Effective time management and multitasking skills

- Explicit speech and high attention to accuracy

- Ability to remain calm under pressure

- Multi-lingual

- Basic computer operation and data entry skills
