Step into Security - Make an Impact

G Force Security actively seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and Patients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a highly visible and advanced level of security service encompassing a diverse range of duties as a patient watch security guard.

Duties:

- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Observe assigned patient at all times (1:1 observation if required).
- Prevent self-harm, suicide attempts, or harm to others.
- Monitor behavior and report unusual activity immediately.
- Use verbal de-escalation techniques.
- Maintain a calm and professional presence.
- Ensure the environment remains secure.
- Intervene calmly if the patient becomes aggressive or distressed
- Request backup if necessary

Required skills:

- Valid Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR certificate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals in a healthcare environment.
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to walk/stand 9-hour shifts providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents.




- Ability to complete accurate and detailed report writing, multi-task and work in a fast-paced, demanding setting.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
