Are you committed to protecting your community and making a real difference? G Force Security is seeking dedicated and qualified Mobile Security Guards to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent situational awareness, and a proactive approach to safety and security.

Job Duties

- Conduct mobile patrols of assigned sites to deter criminal activity and ensure safety
- Monitor properties for suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
- Complete detailed patrol reports and incident documentation
- Enforce site rules, company policies, and security procedures
- Provide a visible and professional security presence at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and emergency services when required

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)
- Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Previous mobile security experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer and software use for accurate data entry and reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision




- Comfortable and confident in identifying and addressing security violations
- Demonstrates a strong sense of reliability, responsibility, and professionalism
