Key Responsibilities:



• Reconcile daily exchange activity and notify IBs of trade breaks • Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies effectively • Process cancellations and adjustments based on IB instructions • Maintain records for options transactions in Dataphile • Communicate timely account adjustments to Introducing Brokers

Requirements: • 5+ years in financial operations • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Experience in brokerage preferred • Knowledge of trade reconciliation and Dataphile • Canadian Securities Course completion is a plus
