Position: Senior AI Trainer Management Consultants

Type: Short-term contract

Compensation: $17.7/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 30-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

- Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional area.
- Review and calibrate team members' output and own day-to-day quality.
- Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME Lead.

Requirements

- Possess 8 of strategy/management consulting experience at Engagement Manager to Principal level.
- Have a top-tier or boutique consulting background; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Be an expert in strategy, operating-model design, and business-case structuring.
- Demonstrate proven experience leading engagements, managing teams, and ensuring deliverable quality.
- Exhibit solid analytical and executive-writing skills to create, review, and improve complex AI-generated solutions.
