National Bank of Canada is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead analysis, accounting and documentation of complex subsidiary transactions. You will establish key processes for recent subsidiaries in Japan and Dubai to support their implementation and ongoing operations.

In this role you will ensure compliance with standards, contribute to financial reporting, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive strategic projects such as acquisitions, restructurings and asset transfers.
