Main Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations by supporting Field sales representatives and customers. Improve productivity by ensuring all Field Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support materials and leads.

Main Tasks:

Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads from various sources including ZIM, external databases, trade shows, and directories.

Research and prepare materials for customer meetings, including past performance, forecasts, needs, issues, opportunities, and financials.

Create and update agreements.

Update account plans/profiles based on Field Sales input.

Follow up with clients and resolve issues.

Address ad-hoc problems.

Communicate relevant customer issues to Customer Service and ensure resolution.





Inform customers about changes such as rates, schedules, and new shipping methods.

Create meeting reports in CRM.

Monitor customer performance.

Track and report on activities.

Screen new and lost customers.

Qualifications:

Academic background in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, or similar.

At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.

Experience in the local FFW/shipping industry is required.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems.

Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing).

Fluency in French is highly preferred.
