Job Description Type of Work Full Time
Clinic Hours Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
Main Duties Examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures
Act as a consultant to other medical practitioners
Prescribe and administer medicals and treatments
Refer patients for surgery
Diagnose and treat diseases
Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients’ health
Provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
Qualifications Must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Manitoba




Must be in good standing with the Canadian Medical Protective Association
Complete and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Search, Adult Abuse Registry as appropriate
Compensation Compensation is fee-for-service as per the Doctors Manitoba and Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living negotiated rates.
