Responsibilities Participate actively in month-end and year-end processes (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations, forecasts, budgets, etc.)
Ensure data integrity and recorded results according to current accounting standards
Financial Analysis Participate in monthly financial analysis of revenues and expenses
Explain budget and forecast variances
Create and analyze reports, dashboards, and financial models to monitor performance
Follow internal financial processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Participate in system optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial information (e.g., develop new processes, tools, and models)
Improve documentation of financial processes
Education and Training Bachelor’s degree in accounting




Possession or in the process of obtaining a CPA designation or equivalent
Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or corporate finance roles
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Bilingual in French and English
Team spirit and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
