In this role, you will assess complex patient conditions, engage in multidisciplinary communication, and act as a patient advocate, ensuring optimal care delivery. This position is essential in maintaining the standards of practice within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and adjust nursing care plans as needed
• Collect and analyze patient data for care improvement
• Foster effective team communication regarding patient care
• Participate in educational initiatives for nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and practices

Requirements:
• Active registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse
• Critical Care Level 2 coursework completed
• One year cardiac surgery experience or equivalent
• Up-to-date Basic Rescuer Certificate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
