Position Summary As a Sr. Strategic Reporting Analyst, you will support the Sr. Director of Finance Strategic Reporting Initiatives in the following key areas:
The development and execution of the finance-wide reporting roadmap




Managing strategic reporting initiatives that implement data, systems, and back-office change management
The utilization of Business Intelligence tools and systems supporting strategic SaaS metrics and financial reporting
Leading data analytics and modeling that support Pricing & Packaging strategic initiatives
Key Responsibilities Analyze data to solve complex business problems from various sources to provide direction on business and system process improvements, areas of risk
Leverage your analytical, data mining, data modeling, and data management skills; responsible for creating data models, performing data governance, automations, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions and reveal trends and challenges
Consult with key stakeholders to understand their requirements to build reports, dashboards, models, provide insights, and define metrics
Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring data quality and accuracy
Qualifications & Skills Robust business acumen (preferred FP&A;), Performance KPIs, ability to partner with the business to drive initiatives
Extreme attention to detail to ensure precise data and vigilant analysis, leading to accurate conclusions
Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching




Preferred Experience 5+ years experience and expert knowledge in data warehouse architecture, integrating and relating data, data analysis, data modeling, and data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, SSRS)
5+ years’ experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Matplotlib, RGL)

Our total rewards package includes a base salary. The Canada hourly range for this position is CA$42.93 - CA$46.15 ($89,300 - $96,000). Compensation is determined by skills, experience, and location. Your recruiter can provide more details about our total rewards during the hiring process.
