This 18-month contract requires collaboration with HR stakeholders, IT, and vendors to document requirements and lead testing efforts. You will ensure quality delivery through effective UAT management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and document HR system requirements effectively
• Lead testing strategies and defect management processes
• Coordinate UAT cycles, including sign-off procedures
• Work with teams on HR system integrations and releases
• Track and analyze quality metrics for project improvement

Requirements:
• 3+ years in HR Systems / Business Systems Analysis
• Hands-on experience as a Test Lead (UAT, regression)
• Knowledge of HR platforms like Workday or similar
• Expertise in JIRA, Test Plans/Xray, and SDLC
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
