Responsibilities

Own monthly financial close and reporting, including revenue recognition, accruals, and work‑in‑progress (WIP)

Review monthly P&Ls; and Balance Sheets and explain variances against forecasts

Prepare monthly reporting packages for global consolidation in accordance with corporate reporting requirements

Analyze various schedules within global reporting package to ensure flows and controls are validated

Support annual budgeting and ongoing re‑forecasting processes

Enter budgets and update forecasts in global reporting tools

Lead semi‑annual intercompany reconciliations, resolving discrepancies across global entities

Consolidate divisional financial statements,



including capital expenditures and deductible/non‑deductible expense schedules

Collaborate with tax consultants in the preparation of corporate tax returns

Deliver insightful analysis and value‑added reporting to support executive decision‑making

Support internal and external audits, including coordination and documentation

Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role

Minimum 2+ years of experience with full month‑end close, financial reporting, and FP&A;

CPA, CA, or CMA designation required

Experience in a creative or agency environment is an asset

Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset

Knowledge of Agresso (Unit4) is an asset, but not required

Strong ability to present financial information to non‑financial stakeholders

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a quick‑paced, high‑pressure environment

Corporate tax knowledge (e.g., provision calculations, SR&ED; credits) is an asset
