Position Details What You Will Do Participate actively in content planning meetings with lines of business, Digital Marketing and Creative Services
Own the social content strategy across social priority platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Build and manage a channel‑specific content calendar with planned series, tentpole moments,
reactive windows, and campaign integration
Create social briefs and creative direction by defining the key message, angle, format, call to action, platform specs and audience targeting
Plan how to repurpose long‑form blog and magazine content into short‑form formats such as reels, carousels, stories, and threads
Manage end‑to‑end publishing workflows from brief to draft, review, approval, production, and publication
Lead social content for live events, including scripting and real‑time adjustments
Manage publishing workflows in scheduling tools and maintain organized asset libraries and version control
Produce quick‑turn, reactive content when appropriate while balancing timeliness with brand safety and content strategy
Optimize content for each social platform with a focus on angles, pacing, aspect ratios, hashtags or keywords, calls to action and thumbnail choices
Support the community engagement strategy with prompts, guidance for replies and content that encourages participation
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign messaging, and current platform best practices
Other duties as required
Salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills,
experience, and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.
Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Journalism or a related field. Equivalent experience is also accepted
Certificate or specialized training in content marketing, media studies or journalism
Minimum 4‑6 years of relevant marketing or content experience, creating and managing social content for a brand, publisher, or agency
Hands‑on experience planning a channel‑specific calendar and producing platform‑native assets
Experience writing short‑form video scripts, captions and creative briefs, social publishing tools and analytics, including reporting and testing
Experience partnering with creative teams, community management and legal or compliance partners
Experience repurposing long‑form content into short‑form social formats
