About the Opportunity

- Lead the preparation and review of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and established financial policies and procedures.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, driving accuracy, efficiency, and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard assets, support financial integrity, and mitigate risk.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities, including preparation of supporting documentation and response to audit inquiries.
- Partner with business leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and performance reporting.
- Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Support cash flow forecasting, working capital management, treasury activities, tax compliance, and regulatory remittances.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging financial systems and reporting tools to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.

About You

- Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA or CA).
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.

Salary Range
$75,000 - $100,000/year
