Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, qualified manner, providing personalized recommendations and building rapport.
- Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy periods while adhering to food handling protocols.




- Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible serving practices in line with industry standards.

Experience

- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cash handling.
- Strong knowledge of the food industry standards related to food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol serving.
- Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience with cashiering, basic math skills, and food service operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a hospitable attitude that makes every guest feel appreciated.
- Prior restaurant experience combined with knowledge of food safety protocols will set you up for success in this role.
