Position: Senior Business System Analyst - Capital Markets / Regulatory Reporting

Employment Type: Long term

Location: Toronto, ON

Hybrid : 4 days office , 1 day work from home

Client : Banking Client

10+ years of overall professional experience.

Strong experience in Business Analysis, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

Good understanding of Capital Markets products, processes, and workflows.

Experience working on Regulatory Reporting projects and compliance-related initiatives.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.

Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments is preferred.
