Associate Veterinarian
Gander Veterinary Clinic is a full‑service companion animal veterinary practice located at 26 Roe Avenue, Gander, Newfoundland & Labrador. The clinic has been serving the region for over 30 years and offers a wide range of services including surgical, medical, dental, and exotic animal care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide preventative care, routine examinations, and health maintenance for cats, dogs, and exotic animals.

Perform diagnostic testing using in‑house laboratory equipment, digital X‑ray, ultrasound, and other modalities.

Conduct surgical procedures and provide post‑operative care, including laser therapy.

Educate clients and build solid relationships with patients’ families.

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensed (or eligibility) to practice veterinary medicine in Newfoundland and Labrador.

One year of veterinary experience preferred.

Experience with exotic animals a bonus.

Willingness and ability to perform surgeries.

Enthusiastic,



energetic, with a positive attitude.

Strong communication skills when dealing with clients and team members.
