Owner.com is looking to hire an accomplished Sales Manager to join our growing revenue team. This role is best suited for people who are passionate about helping small businesses grow, have a track record of sales excellence, and are committed to building trusting relationships with restaurant owners.

The role will require 3 days in office on our core anchor days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) out of our downtown Toronto office, located at 185 Spadina Ave.

Minimum requirements





Direct first‑line management experience (SMB preferred)

Strong followership and references – your reps will sing your praises when asked

History of personal and professional excellence. Customer‑first sales approach

You thrive while working in a fast‑paced environment where change is common

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with restaurants (selling to or working in) is a huge plus

Pay and advantages

The compensation range for this role is $270,000 OTE CAD (135,000K salary + 135,000k variable) plus a generous pre‑IPO equity package.
